Use NutriConvo AI from a compatible AI assistant
Deterministic tools let a connected assistant guide setup, manage food-logging settings and exact food-diary entries, review account preferences, read daily nutrition, record body weight, review bounded weight progress and recommendations, and propose or approve nutrition-plan changes. The same NutriConvo capability services handle each action, so connected clients do not maintain separate product state.
Connected tool access does not include NutriConvo's managed text agent, voice agent, or AI chat. A compatible connected service supplies its own conversational experience.
Connected access tools never return pricing or checkout, start a purchase, change an access tier, or offer an upgrade.

Review or change accuracy mode, mass and volume units, confirmation behavior, and rich food-result presentation.
Review account preferences
Read your body unit system, language, nutrition context, and voice cues. A connected assistant can replace only the complete ready, thinking, and ended voice-cue selection at its exact current revision.
Review account access
Read the current tier and status, relevant period, setup prerequisites, capability and managed-assistant availability, and whether an existing subscription can be managed.
Read and edit one diary day
Review authoritative foods and totals, update an exact entry quantity, or delete an exact entry.
Review daily nutrition
Read one selected day’s consumed nutrients and logging streak, plus target and remaining totals when a plan applies, without changing the diary.
Log food
Add one or more foods to your private diary.
Answer a clarification
Resolve a food identity or quantity requested by NutriConvo.
Confirm a prepared entry
Commit a food log only after the assistant receives your explicit approval.
Review the receipt
See the authoritative result of a food-log operation after it is committed.
Log body weight
Record a measurement in your configured unit and compare it with the preceding measurement.
Review weight progress
Read a bounded progress series with its applicable goal, checkpoint, or stability or recomposition anchor; completion percent applies only to goals and checkpoints.
Review progress recommendations
Evaluate a due progress check, review its bounded evidence and exact target change, then explicitly accept, reject, defer, or acknowledge the result.
Change your nutrition plan
Create and review a versioned goal, pace, target-weight, or nutrition-target proposal; preview its effective date before explicitly applying or rejecting it.
Manage your account
Open secure NutriConvo pages for sign-in methods, existing subscription management, data export, and whole-account deletion. After authentication and an explicit action, NutriConvo may open the applicable subscription provider.
Account linking
You choose the permissions
NutriConvo uses OAuth account linking. Each setup, food-settings, account-preferences, account-access, diary, weight, progress, plan, or account-navigation action is limited to the permission granted for that capability.
Authoritative results
Your NutriConvo data stays canonical
The connected assistant receives bounded tool results. NutriConvo applies setup, version, preview, and confirmation rules; resolves food; calculates nutrition; and stores committed diary, weight, voice-cue, and plan lifecycle changes. ChatGPT may preserve a validated bounded receipt or progress result as widget state so an older chat can restore its view; this creates no new NutriConvo backend record.
