Terms of Service for Calendar Voice Assistant

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Calendar Voice Assistant, a Chrome extension and related website and API service provided by Useful First. By using Calendar Voice Assistant, you agree to these Terms and to the Calendar Voice Assistant Privacy Policy.

Product Use

Calendar Voice Assistant helps you create, move, and manage Google Calendar events using voice commands. You are responsible for reviewing calendar changes before relying on them and for ensuring that the product's output matches your intended schedule.

You may use Calendar Voice Assistant only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service or any third-party service.

Account And Google Access

Some features require signing in with Google and connecting Google Calendar. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account, browser, and devices. You may disconnect Google Calendar from the CalendarVoice account page.

You authorize Useful First to access and process the Google Calendar information needed to complete the calendar actions you request, subject to the Calendar Voice Assistant Privacy Policy.

Billing

Calendar Voice Assistant may require a paid subscription for continued use. Billing is handled by Stripe or another payment provider shown during checkout. Subscription terms, renewal dates, cancellation options, taxes, and payment details are presented during checkout or in the billing portal.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscription fees are charged in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Calendar Voice Assistant. Prohibited activity includes:

• Attempting to bypass authentication, billing, rate limits, or usage limits.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the extension, website, API, or backend systems.
• Using the service to violate laws, third-party rights, or Google's terms and policies.
• Submitting malicious, abusive, or high-volume automated requests.
• Sharing account access in a way that causes abuse or unauthorized use.

Third-Party Services

Calendar Voice Assistant depends on third-party services, including Google, Stripe, speech, language-model, hosting, database, and infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Useful First is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures in third-party services outside its control.

AI And Calendar Output

Calendar Voice Assistant uses automated speech and language processing. The service may misunderstand a command, produce an incorrect action, or fail to complete a requested action. You are responsible for checking important calendar entries, reminders, meeting times, attendees, and locations.

Availability And Changes

Useful First may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Calendar Voice Assistant at any time. Useful First may also update the extension, website, API, pricing, usage limits, and supported features as the product changes.

Disclaimers

Calendar Voice Assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Useful First does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every calendar workflow.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Useful First will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed events, scheduling mistakes, or business interruption arising from your use of Calendar Voice Assistant.

Termination

You may stop using Calendar Voice Assistant at any time. Useful First may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users or the product, or fail to pay required fees.

Changes To These Terms

Useful First may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, Useful First will post the updated Terms on the website and update the last updated date. Continued use of Calendar Voice Assistant after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
